Job Description - Supply Chain Planning & Execution Director (0097NM)Supply Chain Planning & Execution Director - 0097NMKey ResponsibilitiesAccountable for performance at the country, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing planning operations.Acts Like an Owner by proactively identifying risk in the end-to-end supply chain and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to mitigate and resolve demand and supply imbalances.Oversee the demand forecasting process, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to generate accurate forecasts that inform production and inventory planning.Ensure strict adherence to the planning process, best practices, and standard tools at the factories, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.Drive the adoption of standard tools and best practices to enhance planning performance across the organization.Manage and optimize planning parameters for both facilities and distribution centers to streamline operations.Clearly and concisely communicate with all business partners by simplifying complex situations enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.QualificationsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional communication.A self-motivated and influential change agent with experience leading continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail.Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team leader who welcomes challenges.Qualifications/ExperienceFluent in English – Written and Oral.Travel: 75%; Expectation to be present at supporting plants (less travel required if based out of a central location).Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business.Minimum 8 years of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Vendor Forecasting experience.Proficient with Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or other planning software packages.High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.#J-18808-Ljbffr
