.SCM Channel Engagement Lead LATAM Purpose:This role will be responsible for leading the customer collaboration strategy in LATAM, supporting and engaging in the customer-centric operating model to become the preferred supplier for our customers.Accountabilities include:Acting as the single CH PS LATAM representative (as "mini-enterprise COO") for the customer collaboration strategy, ensuring all deliverables for superior service as defined through customer perspectives, joint business building, launches, and collaboration index.Enabling and supporting SCM&O2C LATAM to meet all supply deliverables, providing superior service, lead-times, collaboration, and joint value creation.Leading the SCM LATAM sub-team for Customer Collaboration to ensure a fit-for-purpose team with the right capabilities.Scope:- Geography: LATAM Region - CH&PH (Part of CH organization)- Countries in the cluster: > 15Key Tasks:Ensure the voice of customers is translated back into PS Site Teams to master their cash-cost-service triangle.Connect and develop customer logistic relationships to understand their business models and needs.Lead customer service surveys to understand Bayer's opportunities and customer service expectations.Ensure strong product availability based on leading customer service KPIs.Own the customer collaboration program for top customers and provide a JVC framework.Build a value-driven service catalogue based on customer segmentation strategy.Identify untapped opportunities across channels/countries in the Supply Chain and Commercial area.Focus on efficiency and sustainability in E2E optimization programs.Ensure the right PS/SCM capabilities within the supply ecosystem to meet market growth ambitions.Key Decisions:Engage in customer collaboration aspects related to SCM&O2C.Manage all supply-related aspects of trade terms.Develop service supply strategy for top customers.Forecast demand predictions.Manage local portfolio.Prioritize customer allocations.Source materials and finished goods strategically.Provide PS input to business cases.Commit to joint business planning supply aspects.Key Working Relations:Internal: All CH commercial business and PS community for LATAM, regional Enabling TeamExternal: Suppliers and vendors.Skills & Qualifications:Strong customer relations mindset.High proficiency in customer relationship management.Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.Deep understanding of local market dynamics.Strong stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of supply chain planning processes.Basic knowledge of demand forecasting.Quick and effective problem-solving skills.Digital mindset and knowledge of SCM&O2C systems.Advanced or proficient level in English and Spanish
