.Your tasks- Sets and tracks team KPIs (Turn Rate, Logistic Cost, CuRa) in alignment with company goals.- Defines strategy and actions for KPI achievement and improvement.- Works with focus on deviation management, problem solving and lessons learned.- Leads/Coordinates/Sponsors different CBS projects in the search for continues improvement.- Implements digitalization/RPA solutions.- Headcount administration, budgeting and hiring.- Ensures proper on boarding and development measures of team members in compliance with each position profile and customer needs.- Fosters teamwork within the different departments of SCM (Warehouse, Traffic & Customs, Advance SCM) and central functions (HR, Controlling, IE).- Ensures correct set up, functionality and optimization of "Customer to Vendor" process in SAP.- Manages the material planning, customer logistics specialist and production scheduling teams to secure material availability in order to produce and ship finished goods in compliance with customer requirements.- Analyzes volume/demand within installed capacity and available raw material. Communicates effectively when shortages for RAW or FIN are observed.- Identifies risks/barriers for deliveries and triggers actions with multidisciplinary teams to tackle them.- Ensures proactive and clear communication with suppliers and customers.- Follows standard procedures and escalation process.- Tracks customer scorecards and implements actions when points are deducted.- Avoid obsolescence of RAW, SEMI and FIN parts.- Budgeting and Forecasting for Inventories & Premium Freight.- Presents and explains deviations and actions in the different performance meetings or task forces.- Implements and follows strategies or tasks assigned by Central functions or Segments.- Participates in Central projects / ComNet.- Coordinates SOPs and EOPs together with Central functions.- Participates in the definition and documentation of new procedures.- Knows and promotes Continental's Quality policy.- Attend all QMS, ISO and customer audits.
