Charger Logistics invests time and support in our team.As the Plant Procurement Manager (PPM), you will manage the relationship between the purchasing organization and the plant's purchasing objectives.
What will you do?Accountable, with the Procurement Sourcing Leads (PSL), for the material productivity of the plant.Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to the E&M management and Procurement for resolution.Provide support to engineering projects in terms of procurement.Negotiate and administer supplier contracts.Develop Procurement strategies for Raw Materials and Machined Components to drive costs down.Maintain and monitor MRP parameters.Interface with machine shop, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure compliance with transportation and customs requirements.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Minimum Requirements:Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience as a buyer or in a similar supply chain role.Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.5 years of work experience in Direct Materials Purchasing / Procurement.Join a purpose-driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.#J-18808-Ljbffr
