This position will work with suppliers across the Americas region to coordinate and track activities involving the cybersecurity program.
Responsibilities will include: Identify and schedule program deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks such as policy documentation, security assessments, and remediation activities
Work with the SCM Manager and stakeholders to ensure program goals are in line with business objectives
Manages changes to program scope, schedule, and costs
Direct and coordinate the activities of SCM personnel to ensure program progress is on schedule and within budget
Monitor supplier remediation activities, ensuring the proper and agreed to remediation activities are being executed as planned
Utilize software and data driven approach to managing priorities and tasks
Preferred familiarity with NIST CSF or other cybersecurity policies and procedures
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project or program management with multiple ongoing efforts
Needs to have and display leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution skills.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders on findings remediation.
Language: Strong English fluency - Advanced. You will work directly with US and Mexico suppliers
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Other Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
Basic understanding of funding and financial principles including budgeting, accruals, actuals, and forecasting
