Alliance Personnel are seeking a Screen Printer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into print-ready files.
- Ensure colour accuracy and consistency throughout the printing process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, including equipment malfunctions or design discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and other printing supplies.

**Requirements**:

- PC literate
- Full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for colour accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving technologies in the printing industry.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 38hrs per week.
