Screeners

**Position Summary**:
The primary goal of the Data Zone Stores Staffing Team is to address applicant selection challenges within the Stores Recruitment Process by providing administrative support to Markets by screening and scheduling applicants for interviews.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews for assigned markets
- Develop relationships with Talent Acquisition and Retail Field Teams (Co-Workers, Leads, and Managers)

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Previous call-center or work experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Comfortable working on the phone and computer for a majority of the day
- Computer Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Google Docs)
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload and comfortable in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
- Ability to function with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks, and disperse the same information repeatedly
- High attention to detail
