Develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or central entities.BEHAVIOR:Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams in a global environment.Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.Tightening Specialist:Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities.Responsible for ensuring the compliance of standards BOSCH (KFV, VVT, DMD) and the development of new process standards according with COC experts.Responsible for ensuring the SEC standards and review of the new technologies for the screwing process.Responsible to define and follow the changes in the process, machinery, parameters, materials in the screwing/tightening process.Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.Responsible to train engineers and technicians on screwing and tightening basics as materials properties, tightening/screwing strategies, and parameters of the process.Responsible to define and follow the procedures standard and validation for the Tightening and screwing process according with the VVT, DMD, KFV.Eliminate non-value added activities.Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to MFP group.Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in the process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions in a systematic way.Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the screwing and tightening process, safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the non-conformance until it has been resolved.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electromechanical.LANGUAGE: English advanced.SKILLS:Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Interpretation of technical drawings.Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).Deep knowledge of mechanical properties of materials.Knowledge in robotics systems and suppliers (Staubli, Kuka, UR)
