- Maintain a clean and highly organized area, participating in Lean Manufacturing 5S activitiesand projects.
- Ensure compliance with BOSCH standards (KFV, VVT, DMD) and develop new process standards according to COC experts.
- Ensure SEC standards and review new technologies for the screwing process.
- Define and follow changes in the process, machinery, parameters, and materials in the screwing/tightening process.
- Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Train engineers and technicians on screwing and tightening basics, including materials properties, tightening/screwing strategies, and process parameters.
- Define and follow procedures for standard and validation for the Tightening and Screwing process according to VVT, DMD, KFV.
- Eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to the MFP group.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in the process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them systematically.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the screwing and tightening process, safety, and quality systems, initiate or recommend solutions, verify effectiveness, and control further processing or delivery of nonconformance until resolved.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electromechanical.LANGUAGE: English advanced.SKILLS:
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
- Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).
- Deep knowledge of mechanical properties of materials.
- Knowledge of robotics systems and suppliers (Staubli, Kuka, UR).
- Experience with different technologies of screwdrivers (Atlas Copco, Rexroth, Kistler, Ingersoll).
- Deep knowledge of static and dynamic systems.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical principles and concepts such as rof (µ), pre-charge force, par, torque.
- Experience with different junctions (plastic-metal, plastic-plastic, metal-metal, rubber-metal).
- Deep knowledge in mechanical systems.
- Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
