Proficient English language skills Experience in Software Administration electrical engineering experience Result oriented, empathic, respectful and tolerant mind set as sender and receiver of various complex information Your responsibilities Successfully support and implementation of GT PRMs digital roadmap Create and maintain close and effective working relationships with the business community, understanding their informational and operational needs.
Provide reporting and updates on project status, budget impacts and status of objectives to management and business units as necessary Using Agile to project manage multiple projects Drive cross-functional, inter-disciplinary teams in SAFe methodology Act as role-model for the digital transformation Attendance and active participation of sprint retrospective to ensure continuous improvement process by giving feedback to the team and defining measures for improvement.
