- The Scrum Master is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading and supporting the successful implementation of critical and strategic projects within our regional affiliates. This role combines expert knowledge in Scrum and agile methodologies with a deep understanding of our business priorities and strategies.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Lead and guide the execution of strategic projects across regional affiliates, focusing on priority business areas and objectives.
- Ensure project alignment with the organization's strategic goals and vision
- Collaborate with business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- 3-4 Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, strategic, and cross-functional projects. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language is required.
