Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Responsible for an optimal performance of its scrum team and for ensuring that the Agile Scrum framework, practices and values are used.1) Experience with the Agile Methodology, preferably as Scrum Master- Monitoring the delivery team- Supporting the Product Owner for maintaining product backlog- Assisting with internal and external communication- Address and solve cross team impediments with the Product Owner, Release Manager.- Facilitating discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution- Knowledge in agile model, scrum, kanban etc.- Knowledge in agile tool, Rally, VSTS, JIRA or similar tools.
