Role expectations:To implement AGILE methodologies in the Monterrey software team in order to reach alignment and increase effective collaboration between multiple KMA teams distributed over the globe.- we offer--:The primary responsibility is assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals.
Scrum Masters do this by teaching and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting SAFE principles and practices,identifying and eliminating impediments, acilitatiow.-Tasks and Qualifications--:Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with significant complexity.Proven success in using Scrum practices to deliver incremental software in defined iterations.Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, whiteboarding and presentation.Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to build partnerships and get things done.% of travel, this position requires valid passport and visa.
