Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our E-Commerce team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and facilitating our Agile development process, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Agile Facilitation**:

- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative environment where ideas can be freely shared.
- Help the team achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of product backlog items.
- **Impediment Removal**:

- Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to processes.
- Implement changes to enhance the team's productivity and quality of work.

Required Tools and Software:

- **Agile Project Management Tools**:Jira, Trello, or similar.
- **Collaboration Tools**:Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams.
- **Version Control Systems**:Git, SVN.
- **Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools**:Jenkins, Bamboo.

**Salary**: $60,000 MXN gross
