.**Introduction**Seeking for a Scrum who will oversee the development of technical initiatives including but not limited to Build, Migrate, Maintain, Transform or Retire software products. You will be responsible to track the execution of those initiatives by 1 or more agile teams, ensuring teams are focused on the strategy of the executive team by prioritizing their backlog of work, clarifying doubts, managing risks and effectively communicating progress, risks and opportunities to the client or to IBM**Your Role and Responsibilities**- Collaborate with stakeholders to build the vision of a development initiative- Coach teams and organisations in Agile concepts, principles, practices and behaviours.- Creation of Backlog, Roadmap, Risks and Assumptions related to the development initiative- Support practitioners and projects, identifying areas for improvement, developing improvement plans and working with individuals and teams to implement those improvements- Perform Agile Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles for new teams (if required to mentor others).- Effective management of the teams participating on the development of the initiative to be able to track progress towards an established deadline- Align the roadmap and backlog items to the goals of the company/client- Facilitate refinement meetings with Development teams to clarify what needs to be developed identifying risks and dependencies for the those teams- Effective management of risks and dependencies that could block the development and delivery of the initiative- Effective communication with the client/company and stakeholders both internal/external to be able to show the status health of the initiative development- Constantly Prioritize the backlog of the development teams according to the strategic goals established by the company/client- Lead, coordinate and manage Release Plans, ensuring quality and functionality is assessed before teams release their products**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Scrum Master with more than 4 years of experience with:- Coach teams and organisations in Agile concepts, principles, practices and behaviours.- Support practitioners and projects, identifying areas for improvement, developing improvement plans and working with individuals and teams to implement those improvements- Perform Agile Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles for new teams (if required to mentor others).- Present and support Agile education and training activities as required- Strong facilitation and communication skills. **Utilises** facilitation skills to engage and include all team members and encourage a collaborative approach to completing tasks.- Expertise with the use of Agile project management tools
