The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and facilitating our Agile development process, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- **Agile Facilitation**:- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.- **Team Collaboration**:- Foster a collaborative environment where ideas can be freely shared.- Help the team achieve high performance and continuous improvement.- **Stakeholder Management**:- Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners.- Ensure clear communication and understanding of product backlog items.- **Impediment Removal**:- Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress.- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.- **Process Improvement**:- Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to processes.- Implement changes to enhance the team's productivity and quality of work.Required Tools and Software:- **Agile Project Management Tools**:Jira, Trello, or similar.- **Collaboration Tools**:Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams.- **Version Control Systems**:Git, SVN.- **Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools**:Jenkins, Bamboo.Soft Skills:- Strong Leadership and Facilitation Skills.- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.- Adaptability and Flexibility.- Emotional Intelligence and Empathy.**Salary**: $60,000 MXN gross
