As a SCRUM MASTER, you will be part of the PPG Automotive Refinish global IT team and will be located at PPG's global business services center in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico.
It is an industry leader providing durable, successful, and appearance improving automotive, commercial fleet and light industrial coatings to customers worldwide.
This job is #LI-Remote within Mexico and will report to manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communication with all management levels
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Work with your customers and your team.
- Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice by sharing experiences or demonstrating techniques to promote to the community.
- Introduce new and improved practices to improve the team and their delivery throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
