Description :About the Position:As a Scrum Master, you play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery process of features, ensuring not only timely but high-quality outcomes.Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the delivery team, advocating for agile best practices, and fostering collaboration with the product management team, architects, and technical leads to maintain a prioritized backlog.Your influence extends to facilitating Agile methodology and Scrum practices on a day-to-day basis, leading all Scrum events, and actively contributing to the success of a delivery-focused Technology team engaged in global digital transformation.As the Scrum Master, you champion the agile technology delivery process through coaching and mentoring development teams, identifying and eliminating impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices.Your role involves ensuring the smooth operation of agile processes and activities, with specific responsibilities such as leading daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings, and retrospectives.You are entrusted with managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.Responsibilities:Complete Ownership: Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from design and development to testing stages.Project Health Management: Provide regular project health reports, actively mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies for the team.Facilitation and Leadership: Lead daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings, and retrospectives as the Scrum Master.Task Management: Manage development and testing tasks within the Scrum team, ensuring efficient delivery.Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members for continuous skill development and motivation.Process Improvement: Contribute to advancing and improving Agile practices, driving positive changes.Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics, leveraging Burndown charts and team velocity for delivery progress.Collaboration: Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to align dependencies at the team level.Coaching and Training: Coach team members on processes using Lean-Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.Facilitate cross-functional training of team members.Learning Culture: Enable team member learning opportunities and encourage self-organization in problem-solving.Release Management: Assist the team in release management, deployment, and production support planning and execution.Drive improvements in release quality.Coordination with Product Owners: Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming, iteration priorities, and setting iteration goals.Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely updates in stakeholder communications and Project Management tracking solutions.Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively dive deeper into challenges as needed, ensuring alignment and ownership of next steps.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, document requirements, map processes, and suggest solutions when required.Required Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in a global organization.Certification: Recognized Scrum Master or Project Management Certification.Skills: Ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments at the team level.Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.Comfortable communicating upwards and across the organization.Preferred Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.Risk Management: Experience working with team members to actively address risks, remove impediments, and manage discrepancies.Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.Industry Knowledge: Experience in Supply Chain and Material Planning.Oracle EBS experience.Project Management: Experience in Project Management fundamentals, including financial planning, budget tracking, and cost management.Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management with offshore partners is an advantage.Travel:On occasion work at a partner site or onsite at a Terex locatione.g.,USA: Bothell, WA, North Bend, WA, Moses Lake, WA, Rock Hill, SC, Norwalk, CT / The NetherlandsTravel is estimated at between 5%-25% and is project dependentCurrent ?VISA and Passport
