.**MONTERREY, MEXICO /****APTIV /****PAYROLL****/ ON-SITE**- The Scrum Master performs a wide variety of scrum team-related duties for software development,- team status monitoring, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting. The Scrum Master works- closely with all Product Owner and other stakeholders to schedule and organize sprint ceremonies- and team related events. If selected you will be working with talented global teams consisting of- software, system, and test engineers. Aptiv develops cutting edge advanced driver-assistance- systems, and user experience products which enhances vehicle safety.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor the team's progress towards goals by focusing on performance improvements- Lead the team in tracking and removing impediments- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement through effective retrospectives.- Evaluate and assess the agile maturity of the team; coach team to higher levels- Build a trusting environment with focus on problem solving- Facilitate team meetings; daily stand-up, iteration and sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.- Aid with communication, improving transparency- Provide guidance to Product Owner and team on maintaining backlog and sprint planning- Provide support and coach the team on effective work breakdown, estimation and planning- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration (PI) planning and follow-up- Ensure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators and Software Quality Assurance**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study)- At least 6 months of work experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven
