**Summary:**The Scrum Master performs a wide variety of scrum team-related duties for software development, team status monitoring, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting.
The Scrum Master works closely with all Product Owner and other stakeholders to schedule and organize sprint ceremonies and team related events.

**Responsibilities:- Monitor the team's progress towards goals by focusing on performance improvements- Lead the team in tracking and removing impediments- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement through effective retrospectives.- Evaluate and assess the agile maturity of the team; coach team to higher levels- Build a trusting environment with focus on problem solving- Facilitate team meetings; daily stand-up, iteration and sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.- Aid with communication, improving transparency- Provide guidance to Product Owner and team on maintaining backlog and sprint planning- Provide support and coach the team on effective work breakdown, estimation and planning- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration (PI) planning and follow-upEnsure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators and Software Quality Assurance**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- **Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline **(computer science, software, or related field of study)- **At least 6 months of work experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics**:- **Bilingual - proficient in English **speaking/reading/writing**:- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven
