Srum Master role looks communication fostering through other initiatives, Agile tool management (Azure DevOps), road-blocks removal and agility facilitation.**Your Impact**As Scrum Master your responsibilities would consist of:- Facilitate key ceremonies driving agility (Scrum or other Agile ceremonies) in the Team.- Make work in progress visible.- Facilitate the interaction with other teams.- Facilitate identification of blockers and makes sure they are assigned, visible and solved; and supports the team to keep the list updated on the impediments board.- Help the team identify dependencies with other teams.- Own the impediments board and ensure it is updated and the actions taken.- Help the team generate, update and understanding metrics and how they reflect the opportunities of the team (capacity, burndown charts, velocity, etc).- Help the team maintain their respective roles/responsibilities.- Help the team to make the progress and the scope of goals visible through daily stand-up sessions, burn-down charts, and other tools (story mapping, etc.).- Escalate Team concerns related to complexity to Tech and Business Owners.- Coaching story-writing that is rightsized for backlog effectiveness.- Participates in the performance evaluation of team members.- Ensure Agile tools are updated by the team.- Connect with related areas to the App Joy performance (promos).- Lead the training agenda for new members in the team.- Coordinate restrospective meetings and sccording to the opportunities found, ensure that an action plan is developed, as well as influences towards self-management and continuous improvement
