**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Scrum Master role is responsible for facilitating Agile way of work compliance for the Workforce Management agenda. Srum Master role looks communication fostering through other initiatives, Agile tool management (Azure DevOps), road-blocks removal and agility facilitation.
**Your Impact**
As Scrum Master your responsibilities would consist of:
- Facilitate key ceremonies driving agility (Scrum or other Agile ceremonies) in the Team.
- Make work in progress visible.
- Facilitate the interaction with other teams.
- Facilitate identification of blockers and makes sure they are assigned, visible and solved; and supports the team to keep the list updated on the impediments board.
- Help the team identify dependencies with other teams.
- Own the impediments board and ensure it is updated and the actions taken.
- Help the team generate, update and understanding metrics and how they reflect the opportunities of the team (capacity, burndown charts, velocity, etc).
- Help the team maintain their respective roles/responsibilities.
- Help the team to make the progress and the scope of goals visible through daily stand-up sessions, burn-down charts, and other tools (story mapping, etc.).
- Escalate Team concerns related to complexity to Tech and Business Owners.
- Coaching story-writing that is rightsized for backlog effectiveness.
- Participates in the performance evaluation of team members.
- Ensure Agile tools are updated by the team.
- Connect with related areas to the App Joy performance (promos).
- Lead the training agenda for new members in the team.
- Coordinate restrospective meetings and sccording to the opportunities found, ensure that an action plan is developed, as well as influences towards self-management and continuous improvement.
- Continuously communicate and collaborate with HR and Change Management areas to assure design and cultural transformation perform in the best way.
- Manage Agile management tool for user story and task tracking (Azure Dev Ops) and Microsoft Project Plan.
Qualifications:

- ** Professional**:
- At least 2 years of experience in technology industry, massive consumer goods or related.
- Business know-how.
- Highly-oriented results.
- ** Educational**:
- Professional / Bachelor in Information Technology related engineerings, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Business, Economics or related.
- Scrum Master certified desirable.
- Knowledge of Project development tools ( Azure DevOps / Jira / Microsoft Project Plan).
- English Intermediate-Advanced.
- Negotiation and leadership capabilities across organization regardless of seniority level is a must.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
