Position OverviewThe Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching our development teams through the scrum process with the aim of increasing the team's efficiency, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a facilitator and servant-leader who empowers the team to reach their full potential, effectively remove obstacles, and ensure that the methodologies are understood and enacted.
