.Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:**Scrum Master**For its mobile app delivery team. This person will work in a hybrid schedule at the Schaumburg North America HQ.Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of ZNA's mobile app from inception to completion, ensuring it meets quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.- Employ project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.- Facilitate the Scrum process, remove obstacles and ensure that the team follows the Agile principles and practices.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.- Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.- Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.- Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and coordinate activities across different teams and departments.- Advocate for and enforce IT standards and best practices, ensuring that project deliverables are sustainable, scalable, and secure.- Collaborate with the IT architecture and strategy teams to align project outcomes with the overall mobile app roadmap and business objectives.- Manage project resources, including vendor contracts, to ensure efficient project delivery.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development areaPreferred Qualifications:- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Mobile apps development projects on time and within budget.- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and configuration management.- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive projects to completion.- Familiarity with the IT landscape in specific industries, such as Insurance or healthcare, is a plus.- Advanced English level**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
