Scrum Master

**Company Description**
- Certified Scrum Master
- At least 4 years of experience as a scrum master, ideally across multiple teams/orgs
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with an organization in the early stages of agile transformation, e.g.
with teams that have had little exposure to Scrum
- Highly motivated and proactive

**Qualifications**
- Experience in some scaled agile model (we don't formally subscribe to any scaling model here at frontier, so experience with anything is helpful)
- Telecom experience
- Project Manager experience, some scrum masters here are responsible for tracking some team and minor program budgets, so someone familiar with this area would be good
