.Looking for a candidate who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies (PI planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and interface with business areas and other Chubb IT teams to coordinate work, manage cross-functional dependencies, and foster collaboration. Engaging closely with the PO to ensure requirements are prioritized before each iteration.Responsibilities Include:Measure productivity of the scrum team and work on continuously improving team's productivity.Prepare weekly reports outlining Sprint accomplishments, upcoming tasks and deliverables, issues, impediments, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Manage multiple projects through sprints/iterations and phases of the project.Requirements gathering from the business users and ability to work with the business partners on clear and concise project status and communications.Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other related events.In partnership with the product owner, work with the scrum team on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, the definition of minimal viable product, and continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog.Communicate team metrics per agile tracking system and provide transparency regarding sprint/release progress to all teams and management.Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution, and efficiently track and remove impediments.Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity by providing direction for project activities.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or another related field.Minimum of 4 years of IT experience in a comparable role.Understanding of Agile delivery methodology, ways of working, and Scrum.Experience with Jira workflow and operations.Experience using Mural preferred.Experience managing software development projects.Insurance knowledge preferable.Scrum Master certification is preferred along with 4 or more years of BA and/or Scrum Master experience.Good verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Experience using Design Thinking preferred.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Support project teams in keeping sponsors and stakeholders apprised of the project's status, identified issues/risks/dependencies, benefit realization, etc.Support the project team in developing meaningful metrics and KPIs and in building dashboards for tracking success and achievement.Support manager in preparing and maintaining various change management tools such as readiness assessments, flowcharts, process maps, Gantt charts, story mapping, etc
