**Purpose of the position**:
Support the team and the Product Owner and helps them to communicate, solve problems and deliver a great product.
It's his role to teach the team all ways of agile software practices, lead all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and shield them from external distractions.
Scrum Master brings the Product Owner and the team together and helps them to understand each other.
Scrum master's are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to improve herself/himself and the team.
**Requisites**:
- Ingles Avanzado indispensable 80%

- Experiência como desarrollador sr.
**Principals Roles & Responsibilities / Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies.
- Oversees scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement.
Support Product Owner on release planning.
- Remove impediments (exp., cultural barriers, logistic challenges)
- Foster close cooperation among all team members, encourage cross-training, and support each other.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the team.
- Comply with the procedures, instructions, and regulations of work of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT, applicable automotive requirements, and those that the company registers), incumbent upon it according to established manuals and ensure follow legal requirements, regulations, quality, environmental, health and safety, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc.
