Scrum Master Or Project Manager (Agile)

Client: Our client is a multinational company dedicated to cybersecurity, with their team operating in the Spain timezone.- Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines- Remove obstacles and support team members in achieving their goals- Assist in creating and managing user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable- Conduct user story testing and gather feedback to improve project outcomes- Present user story demos to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into future sprints- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team- Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders- Strong communication and organizational skillsNice to have: Experience in the cybersecurity field
