Drives tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process.
Understands business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.
Facilitates efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating the work of 1-2 teams; understands a business unit's products, services and delivery process, and help determine the role the team can play to support their success.
Responsible for teaching and enforcing the values and principles of agile, while promoting self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work, identifies, tracks, removes, or escalates impediments to enable team success toward the sprint commitments, track metrics (inputs, outputs and outcomes) for team and works with team to determine how they can continue improve and recognize your success.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of industry experience whit application development backgroundAt least 1 year of experience in agile software development techniques (i.e.
Test Driven Development, extreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, etc.
