Join our fintech culture within a Blue-Chip company where we are changing the way we use technology to support our customers, dealers and business.About the role: The **Scrum Master II** is a servant leader that supports the development team and product owner to increase business agility and maximize value delivered.**Type of contract: Fixed Term (6 months)**What you need:- Must exhibit strong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum from multiple teams/products- Demonstrated evidence of a servant leadership mindset- Proficient in the use of Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps.- Demonstrated evidence of continuous learning mindset- Ability to teach and train on Agile, Scrum, Kanban at a level accessible to beginners and dive deep for advanced topics- A change agent; progressively challenging the team to continuously improve- Good understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn down metrics and velocity- Good negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills- Good knowledge, skills, and ability working in a collaborative team environment- Excellent people skills, with an ability to understand and diverse viewpoints- High Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills)- Ability to facilitate, coach and guide through influence, inspiration, collaboration and teamwork- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing- Ability to coach and train Agile teams about their role before, during and after PI Planning- Establish DoR, DoD with teams and Product owner on Story and Feature level wherever applicable- Support Release Train Engineer, IT Lead and business leaders by facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up etc.
