We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Scrum Master - Salesforce. What you'll do: Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint retrospective meetings.Facilitate PI planning for the team every quarter, creation of the PI board, check dependencies with other teams and risks management.Facilitate the tracking and definition of user stories, and story points.Guide the Scrum teams and other team players on how to use agile best practices.Remove blockers for the scrum team.Facilitate the grooming sessions with the PO to work on the backlog planning.Coordinate with other scrum masters as needed, make sure we are all aligned on definitions of done and work being completed by our scrum teams (Scrum of Scrums).Weekly meetings with POs and Stakeholders to provide insight of the teams development.Keep the KPIs updated throughout the Quarter. Preferred experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Lead or similar role using SALESFORCE (Must).Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning; understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills.Considered an expert in Scrum Master Function.Demonstrable experience in the definition of Scrum Master Standards, Processes and Procedures.Good experience in client-facing roles.Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams.Experience of working in large programs of work.Experience creating, executing and amending project plans for large, complex projects.Experience applying formal project management methodologies and disciplines to manage large, complex projects.Proven experience delivering effective change management strategies and implementing scalable transitions.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe-certified.Advanced English.
