As a SCRUM MASTER, you will be part of the PPG Automotive Refinish global IT team and will be primarily located at PPG's global business services center in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to communicate with all management levels
- Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Work closely with your customers and your team.
- Actively participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice by sharing experiences and/or demonstrating techniques to advance maturity to the community.
- Introduces new and advanced practices to improve the team and their delivery throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
**Qualifications**
- Four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related field or equivalent experience or equivalent technical training
- 7+ years direct experience in working in an agile methodology as a Scrum Master or Agile team member
- Advanced English
- Proven ability leading, building, and developing across development teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Extensive analytical abilities to isolate problems and fix immediate needs!
- Outstanding planning, under pressure organizing, and defining skills.
