**Required skills**:
- Engineers with 4+ Software development experience, 3+test automation development experience and 3+Testing experience
- Participate in Scrum Meetings to provide the right estimates for design, automation & reduction of technical debt.
- Design scripts for API and UI testing and creating automation test suits
- Understanding CI/CD and how QE/automation process fits into the model
- Working with other scrum team members on with technologies like Java, Python, Java Script,.Net etc
- Develop innovative automated solutions as needed for any repetitive manual activities.
- Collaborate with LPL Framework team to design solutions to automate functionality which is not supported by the existing LPL automation framework.
- Contribute to the development of any technical certifications and content for LPL Academy.
- Design complex SQL queries
- Create and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases
- Analyzing test results, being a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
