**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking initiative-taking individuals to join our dynamic team as Demand Generation Specialists.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our demand generation programs and generate high qualified leads and appointments.
If you are enthusiastic about sales, thrive in a challenging environment, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want you to be part of our team.
Data mining and cold calling companies to exchange business cards and start a timeline for future partnerships.
**Skills Needed for an SDR**:

- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role often requires reaching out to new prospects and engaging them in conversation.
- **Research**: An SDR needs to be good at researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining if they align with what the company offers.
- **Persistence**: Lead generation can require a lot of follow-up and persistence.
SDRs need to be comfortable with rejection and stay motivated.
- **Organization**: The role requires managing multiple leads at different stages of qualification and keeping track of them in CRM systems.
How SDRs Work with Account Executives (AEs):
The SDR's role is typically pre-sales.
They focus on the qualification process, and once a lead is qualified, they pass it to an Account Executive (AE) or a more senior salesperson.
The AE then works on closing the deal and managing the entire sales cycle to win the business.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) previous experience as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) is a plus.
**Scheduling Appointments/Demos**

After qualifying a lead, the SDR's primary goal is to schedule a meeting, demo, or call with the Account Executive (AE) who will then close the deal.
**PREFERRED Background Exp**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Must have experience in either lead or demand generation, outbound sales, inside sales or appointment setting.
- Should be up to date on the latest technologies and IT Industry.
- Enthusiastic to be part of a growing company, want to make career in IT sales

- Performance bonus

- Horarios: 7**AM A 4PM // 8AM a 5 PM**

Pay: $19,663.44 - $21,480.61 per month
