Your role will involve ensuring the efficiency of the SDR function, developing the team's capabilities, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to overall business growth. You will also be instrumental in fostering a positive team culture, optimizing processes, and achieving key performance targets.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Development- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to meet and exceed team targets.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and improve outreach quality.- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Hotmart's culture and values.Strategic Oversight and Optimization- Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes.- Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor performance goals for the SDR team.- Analyze team metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.Client Prospecting and Qualification- Ensure the SDR team is effectively prospecting potential clients and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.- Oversee the development and implementation of outreach campaigns, ensuring they are well-targeted and impactful.- Utilize tools such as Semrush, Influencity, and Salesforce to support and improve the prospecting process.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align SDR activities with broader business objectives.- Provide valuable feedback to the Business Intelligence and Product teams to improve lead generation tools and strategies.- Partner with other LATAM squads to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and growth
