Sea And Air Operations Executive

We are seeking for a skilled professional to join our operations team in Puebla. If you are skilled in air and sea freight and if you love freight forwarding as much as we do we need your help!

**Your job tasks will be**:

- Handle daily documentation/operation for sea and air cargo shipments
- Communication with clients, suppliers, vendors and agents
- Maintain the relationships with customers
- Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement
- Receive shipping orders
- Arrange bookings with carriers
- Monitor client's payments and invoices with cooperation with finance department
- Daily work with the system (shipment information, updates, changes )
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

**What do we expect from you**:

- High school or college degree major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant
- Working experience within air and sea operations is a must - at least 2 years
- At least communicative English is nice to have
- Good communication skills
