This position is the face of LEMAN to our clients; therefore, should be able to maintain and close additional business with the current customer portfolio. This position works with key stakeholders to increase business. The main stakeholders are the Commercial Team, Branch Managers, Product Heads, and others, as needed.Location: Mexico City, Mexico (on-site)Key Responsibilities:Handle Ocean import and export shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance and delivery.Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.Prepare USA import documentation, including customs entries, invoices, and bills of lading.File ISF for customers and coordinate.Maintain and grow business within their customer portfolio.Work with various ocean carriers and other vendors providing services to LEMAN and its customers.Issue quotations and bookings per customer requests.Accurate and timely invoice for both customers and agents.Ensure LEMAN receives correct and timely billings from vendors and agents.Escalate customer complaints to branch management and commercial owner.Close files as soon as all information is complete. Profit and loss statements must be run and working files must be filed away.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:High school diploma is required.Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or similar, a plus.Adaptable – responds effectively to changes in situation or information
