What you'll do:Maintains efficient merchandise controlsMaintains loss prevention awareness at all timesHelps maintain a clean and tidy store environmentMaintains well-organized stockrooms, storage closets, and off-site spacesEnsures all merchandise shipments are properly received into MMS in a timely mannerOrganizes and replenishes all store suppliesReports supply ordering needs to Operations Manager or Captain (Store Manager)Processes all incoming and outgoing transfersSupports a seamless shipping schedule so that all customer sends leave the store in a timely mannerEnsures merchandise replenishment occurs on a consistent daily basisHas full understanding of the POS systemFills and maintains boat area (Cash Wrap) and organizationEnsures all shipping and receiving records are filed according to policyHelps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass, and brand initiativesSupports merchandising manager to execute and maintain The Compass (visual merchandising - store set)Proactively identifies and presents opportunities, efficiencies, and processes to have the most streamlined back of house system in placeAbility to wear multiple hats and step on the sales floor when necessary to assist customersRequirements:Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferredOrganized and detail-orientedA positive self-starter, high energy, and eager to learnStrong interpersonal communication and customer service skillsTeam focused, confident, and professionalCreative, adaptable, entrepreneurial and driven by integrityStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekendsPassion for making people happyAbility to effectively receive and communicate feedbackExcited to get to know our product inside and outExperience in a retail environment preferred but not necessaryPassion for the vineyard vines brandAs an employee at a vineyard vines retail location, all team members must have the ability to:
