Your primary focus will be on ensuring quality compliance, optimizing equipment performance, and managing projects related to equipment upgrades and installations. You will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance operations for a range of equipment including Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs and all powder process equipment.You will ensure quality compliance by reviewing engineering deliverables and implementing corrective actions to achieve excellence in all operations
