**Security Coordinator Chiapas**
**_Your task and responsabilites:_**
- Develop and implement security plans and programs, based on an adequate risk assessment and audits, in accordance with the needs of the business and the company's national, regional, and global security policies, with a focus on cost-benefit, efficiency, quality and profitability.
- It will supervise the operations of the company that provides security and surveillance services in the facilities, with the aim of ensuring that in the development of its functions and activities the safety and integrity of the personnel, facilities, assets, equipment, tools, and materials owned by the company always is guaranteed.
- Likewise, it will be aware that the supplier complies with and adheres to the legal framework that regulates the functions and activities of this type of company.
- Instruct security and surveillance personnel in each and every one of the procedures of the corporate security area, which are aimed at safeguarding the safety of the company's personnel, facilities, assets and property, training them in the development of their functions and activities, basing their actions, intervention and operational schemes within the operations on said procedures, with the aim of harmonizing and standardizing the operations and interventions of the security and surveillance personnel with the personnel of the different business areas on site.
- It will hold periodic meetings with the operational manager of the surveillance company to review the day-to-day operation, detect areas of opportunity and resolve operational situations, reporting such activity to its management and, if necessary, acting together.
- Develop, implement, improve and maintain the site's security systems (CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection) in optimal conditions for their proper functioning, in close contact with the Security Operations Center in Mexico (MSOC), complying with global security guidelines, for the selection of suitable systems (hardware and software) based on risk classifications, safety, situation and according to the level of classification of the site within the BCC, under a cost-benefit approach.
- Support, as far as possible and under the functions and areas of its responsibility, the areas of Supply Chain Security and Logistics, in the implementation of security strategies, including internal and thirdparty security audits (based on C-TPAT/OEA guidelines), coordination and support of custody, verification and support to transport units, ensuring that the facilities under its purview comply with the security measures established and requested within these operations. It will be the point of contact and local reaction, according to the coverage of the geographical area in which it is assigned, to follow up together with the Supply Chain Security area when a security incident occurs.
- Assist and/or conduct security and/or criminal investigations, including product crime situations, supporting the areas of Security and Criminal Investigations, Human Resources and Compliance, when necessary and formally required.
- They must attend to and follow up on any incident, emergency and/or security urgency that occurs on site, coordinating the emergency and reaction services that are needed for their entry and exit. It must develop incident response protocols aligned with the national crisis management plan and the emergency and business continuity plan implemented by the various areas in charge of them.
- It will carry out, in a timely manner, the administration and control of suppliers, contractors, carriers and customers in terms of security, so that they comply punctually with the requirements established by Corporate Security to authorize their entry to the facilities for the execution of their activities and works, which must be supervised at all times by the supervisor or designee of Bayer and by the supervisor by the contractor company that is officially in place appointed to perform this function.
**_Who you are:_**
- Professional experience: Lawyer, Criminalist, Engineer, or Administrator, with experience or background in corporate security and manufacturing sites, at least 3 years.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills to act accordingly.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Interaction under pressure with high levels of confidentiality, loyalty, and discretion.
- Team-oriented leadership skills and experience in community management.
- Management and administration of the security system.
- Elaboration, updating and implementation of procedures.
