**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
While performing the execution of his functions, the tutelary will ensure a secure environment for all personnel and assets by adequate and efficient management of security procedures as well as prevention programs.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assume total control for the physical security of personnel and company assets for JRZ3, plus guide suppliers where we have inventory.
Prepare and deploy preventive initiatives to support all personal security inside and outside BRP.
Lead the LOCAL EMERGENCY RESPOND COMMITTEE and collaborate in the EMERGENCY RESPOND PLAN elaboration.
Active participation in MEXICO SECURITY COMMITTEE (Corporate Level), preparing reports and statistics and taking necessary actions.
Maintain contact with all managers, directors, and V-P to address any issues related to security.
Prepare all documents, and procedures, related to security and ensure 100 % compliance to achieve and maintain C-TPAT validation, attend internal and external audits and in collaboration with all other areas involved.
Prepare all documents, procedures, and ensure 100 % compliance to achieve and maintain NEEC certification, attend internal and external audits and in collaboration with all other areas involved.
Prepare risk assessment, update yearly and prepare plan and execute to reduce risks to a manageable level for each site.
Prepare and administer security budget OPEX and CAPEX.
Coordinate all special investigations related to ethics, confidentiality and any other that requires it.
Maintain a drug-free environment reinforcing the hiring process background investigation and external resources as trained dogs.
Responsible for the implementation and follow
- up of the CONFIDENTIALITY AND CLEAN DESK POLICY.
Responsible for the administration and operation of the surveillance camera system and access system.
Responsible for the Master Key control, by keeping the inventory up to date.
Responsible for database administration of access systems for BRP and external personnel, visitors and contractors.
Encourage, coordinate and perform initial and continue formation of all new employees, security personnel and contractors.
Establish and maintain contacts and communications with external resources such as Local, State and Federal Police, traffic police.
**Participates in local and regional security committees**: AMAC, OSAC, ASSIS, etc.
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
**Education**: Degree in Engineering.
Bilingual.
5 years of experience in similar positions.
Expert in general knowledge of security environment local and regional
Expert in C-TPAT, NEEC, BASC certifications process.
Expert in CCTV, Access Control and Master key systems
Knowledge of HS&E (Desirable)
