Responsibilities and Job Functions: Inform and advise the manager staff allocated in Merida on security situation and appropriate measures to mitigate risks faced by people, information and tangible property of ENGIE Cuxtal II.Gather and share information with the Cuxtal II Security Manager and the Governance and Intelligence Manager to keep updated the analysis of the region, in order to prevent risks and threats that may be generated by criminal phenomena, natural disasters, social and political dynamics.Supervise the local construction sites in order to enforce the security plan in place for Cuxtal II and inform of any deviation to Cuxtal II Security Manager.Responsible for the implementation of the security protocols for ex-pats and foreign visitors in his/her area of operation, guaranteeing that every foreign member receives the security induction course in accordance with ENGIE protocols and policies.Supervise that the guard service assigned to the ENGIE facilities and construction sites comply with ENGIE standards and inform any deviation to address it promptly.Supervise the correct functionality of the access control system, CCTV and alarms of the facilities, ensuring that the local control room and Security Operations Center (COPS) maintain complete visibility and analytical capability.Report in a timely manner any risk situation for its correct management and resolution, according to emergency plans approved for ENGIE Mexico.Provide accompaniment, in special cases, to national and international visits with activities in the country.Provide security training to ENGIE members in the area to increase security awareness, according to ENGIE standards and guidelines.Liaison and coordination with local security authorities to facilitate the correct emergency management.Security assistance to ENGIE members who require it.Timely reporting of security incidents, as well as their development and resolution.Occupational Profile: Degree in social sciences (political science, international relations, intelligence or criminalistics) or comparable military training.Proficiency in English (Desirable, not mandatory).Knowledge of protection of critical infrastructure.Technical knowledge of CCTV.Certifications in asset security management (CPP or equivalent) - DESIRABLE.3 years of verifiable experience in equivalent positions.8 years of verifiable experience in security activities or years of service in armed forces comparable.At ENGIE we pursue your feeling free to be what you are.
