Every member of our team has a valuable opportunity to help shape our future and make a positive impact on the world around us through our commitment to the locations where we live and work.Covia is looking for a dynamic **Security Coordinator** who will have a positive impact on the Covia legal team at its Monterrey Office Location**The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities**:- Development of prevention and awareness strategies.- Responsible for following up with incidents within the facilities.- Implement the security model cross the company- Audit of security internal processes and procedures.- Active participation in brigades and security talks.- Ensures that security training to existing personnel is given.- Coordinate with local authorities' issues related with the security of Covia Facilities- Coordinate surveillance services.- Implement improvement projects.- Adapt and implement the emergency response plan for each of the plants.- Follow-up of the security measures adopted and audit compliance.- Liaison with federal, state, and local authorities regarding security.- Inspect, manage, coordinate services and material and human resources to prevent and intervene.**The successful incumbent will have the following Minimum Qualifications**:- Professional degree in criminology or related fields- 10 years of proven experience in Security.- Master in security is a plus.- Experience in monitoring and satellite tracking.- Experience in creating and implementing security protocols.
