**Job Description**:
- Principal Responsibilities:
Support, implement and maintain the Global Security program to ensure the appropriate protection of its people and company assets in all forms - property and information. The Security Coordinator will be expected to become fully conversant with Corp. Policies, Safeguarding Confidential Information, Internal Control, People etc. Serve as the primary interface with Global Security in order to remain current with Global Security requirements as conditions and situations dictate. Support, implement, maintain and modify where necessary, facility/work function specific procedures to ensure compliance to all Corp. Security Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines. Assess baseline facility/work function procedures and changes thereto, upon the current risk situation of the facility/work function. At a minimum, conduct an annual physical security assessment of the facility by reviewing the effectiveness of access control processes, perimeter protection, theft exposure mitigation, general security risk, information protection and upgrading facility/work function implementing procedures as needed. Ensure all security related equipment is in working order by implementing a test schedule based on criticality for the following; perimeter intrusion alarms protecting company leased space, video cameras, monitors and recording equipment, monthly panic alarms etc. Test results to be documented and retained in accordance with the Rockwell Automation Records Retention and Management Policy. Take appropriate steps to correct deficiencies identified in facility physical security assessments. This includes but is not limited to non-working or missing controls, equipment, policies or procedural breaches. Ensure that all employees have received the required security training and the appropriate documentation for such (e.g. Security Basics etc.) Reference Procedure 900-49-10, Environmental Health, Safety and Security Training and companion Form 49-10A. Communicate to facility/work group employees and provide training sessions regarding security issues required by Global Security. Attend security related training provided by or recommended by the Global Security organization. Support all information security initiatives such as, but not limited to the Secure Desk program and Safeguarding Confidential Information in an effort to enhance RA's asset protection programs. Provide timely and complete reports of security incidents to HQ Global Security management, appropriate senior facility management and local law enforcement. Responsible to submit incident reports based on severity on time and in a professional manner. Examples of security incidents include, but are not limited to: workplace violence, threats (implied or direct) against an RA employee, company, violence on company property, weapons on company property, bomb threats, arson, sabotage, drug use or sale on company property, thefts of company assets, other serious crime etc. Incidents shall be submitted using the
