About the position: Plan, organize, lead, and control the activities of the Security area to safeguard the physical integrity of persons, facilities, procedures, finished products, and Company reputation. Responsibilities include:
Perform risk assessments aligned with Schneider Global Security Policies and International Security Standardization.Plan, develop, and implement procedures for risk assessment and intelligence reports.Prepare, evaluate, and implement risk assessments and reports to improve physical security.Lead the Crisis Management program.Participate in the BCP program.Direct, organize, and control Security Executive Protection.Develop, implement, and maintain security programs for Schneider Electric Tlaxcala Xico, including C-TPAT, OEA (NEEC), and ISO 28000.Report action plans to the Security Director.Perform administrative tasks supporting the Security Directive and Management area.Attend Management Staff meetings for improvement reviews and project monitoring.Improve and maintain a Security Culture.Conduct Personal Security Trainings for Management Staff Personnel.Design and innovate improvement projects on Security.Direct local investigations and recommend corrective measures.Administer the budget of the Security area.Build partnerships with vendors and negotiate better conditions.Oversee and coordinate contracts with Security Company Providers.Establish and maintain liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement/emergency agencies.Stay informed on local and international news to establish security strategies.Support Corporate events as Security Auditor.Audit security measures taken on hotels and conference centers for visitors.Perform security programs for expatriates.Provide quality customer service and support for all services provided.Qualifications: Advanced English level.Leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Business Management, or Industrial Engineer Administration.Schneider Electric seeks individuals who prioritize customer service, embrace diverse perspectives, and continuously learn.
