This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed.
You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers.
You'll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security.
