**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the legal area.
The purpose of the role of the Security Intelligence Analyst, is to analyse security and/or business-related information and provide business intelligence to a team of Security professionals for the provision of a coordinated, professional, and cost-effective security risk management service to ensure that all personnel, assets, and business operations/activities in Latam North & Caribbean are effectively protected against criminal threats.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Design, implement and maintain the sustainable security information, intelligence, and analysis procedures in line with the objectives of the BAT LANCAR Security Policy to gather, analyse and provide intelligence to the business.
- Drive security information improvements in the areas of people, processes, and technology through digital transformation to maintain world-class security standards.
- Provide relevant security reports to the stakeholders in the BAT LANCAR on security related topics and incidents.
- Manage the implementation of business change and security improvement initiatives to business benefit realization.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
**Experience required**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in security information management within the law enforcement or private security sector.
- Identification, analysis, designing and implementation of security information strategies.
- Working within the mandates of Criminal Law, Government Legislation and Security agencies.
- Latest trends in security information technology.
- Providing written reports and presentations on threats, incidents, and investigations.
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written). Requires analytical skills, ability to direct and supervise staff and to establish interpersonal relationships at different levels, the availability is necessary to move to different functions within the company
**Education / Qualifications / Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree - Criminology, Engineer, Lawyer, etc.
- Security Management Professional - CPP, PSP certifications - desirable
