Therefore, you will adopt a portfolio view and manage end-to-end services. Therefore, if your passion, like ours, is Cybersecurity, you value a friendly environment; you want to work with agroup of people with high technical knowledge, dynamic, in continuous training, and with great international projection, this is your challenge!**What will be your responsibilities?**- Provide technical leadership and advise the team members activities.- Define and implement strategic goals in line with the organization's security objectives.- Regularly evaluate and refine operational processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.- Development and implementation of policies and strategies at the executive level.- Provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders.- Be responsible to meet the budget and communicate the benefits and performance of your service.- Be responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service.- To get the accreditations (national and international level) to ensure the delivery of the service.- Collaborating with other departments (including different locations) especially US- Contribute to working groups and expert organizations to enhance the standards and best practices.**What do we expect from you?**- Engineering in computer sciences or Telecommunications.- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or at least 4 years as Security Lab Manager.- At least one of the following certifications: CCSK, CCAK, CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+, or similar.- Customer Service oriented - Meets commitments to customers; Seeks feedback from customers to identify improvement opportunities.- Competency in classifying and prioritizing problems, documenting their causes, and implementing remedies
