As a Security Lead Specialist you will manage/provide functional guidance on all security matters and collaboratively work with all levels of the organization, including Country, Business, and Site Security Leaders. This position reports directly to the DuPont Chief Security Officer (CSO).**Your key responsibilities**:- Be knowledgeable of all corporate security policies and ensure policies are followed at the respective sites.- Provide functional guidance to Site Security Leaders within their respective region.- Provide and promote Corporate Security policies throughout their respective region.- Develop continuous improvement and key competency training for security personnel.- Proficient in driving change through engagement with all levels of the organization- Conduct internal and external investigations as related to (Insider threats, theft of trade secrets, workplace violence, thefts, anti-counterfeiting, and ethic investigations when needed).- Manage country specific travel advisories and update Microsoft SharePoint Site accordingly.- Member of the Regional Crisis Management Committee.- Perform site security audits/risk assessments and mitigation plans for the region per Corporate Guidelines.- Working knowledge of trade secrets and how to protect information.- Works in collaboration with Information/Cyber Security Team to identify insider threats and conduct investigations.- Provide executive security support when required
