.Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Brand Protection & Security Manager located in Juarez Sur.Reporting to the Director, Loss Prevention and Investigations, the Brand Protection & Security Manager's role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Development and execution and execution of security programs including physical security, asset control, supply chain security, travel security, executive protection, information security and support to site management and business units.- Management of security programs for assigned sites, perform, and publish threat and vulnerability assessments, physical security surveys and designs, personal protection awareness and travel briefings, periodic threat advisories, route and destination surveys, and protective service assessment and operations.- Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes, practices, and policies at sites to eliminate risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability in all areas of information, financial, physical, personal, and reputation risk.- Perform investigations involving allegations falling within Corporate Security's responsibilities including burglary, theft, in-transit shortages, crimes against persons and property, and business abuse.- Partner with Legal and Human Resources department to assist with due diligence investigations, as needed.- Manages fraud, waste and abuse reporting and information reward program.- Collaborates across site and regional teams and build strong partnerships with customer security service providers, site leadership and law enforcement, including analyzing risk, benchmark standards and uncontrollable complexities to provide ethical and innovative solutions- Responsible for criminal intelligence collection and analysis.- Leads site crisis management team through resiliency programs and clearing communicating policies and requirements to site leadership and employees.- Administers counterterrorism and counter-espionage programs.- Supports Flex's marketing efforts by establishing protection and risk plan for customer visits and conducting site visits with customers and their security representatives.- Guides the activities of contract site security officers and other contracted security providers.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Advances English- Typically requires a bachelor's degree
